This morning, in Aden, a conference on "Announcing the strategic plans of Al-Mualla and Khumaksar" Districts was held as part of the "My Contribution is Development " project which implemented by the Resonate! Yemen Foundation with the support of the European Union Commission in Yemen.

The aim of the conference is to review the development plans of the targeted districts, and the urgent requirements needed by the two directorates, in order to improve the livelihood of citizens, upgrade the infrastructure and services, and enhance the performance of service institutions.
In the speech of Mr. Ghassan Al-Zamaki, Deputy Governor of Aden for the Projects Sector, he praised the prominent role of the Resonate! Yemen Foundation, youth and civil society organizations in providing plans for strategic and developmental programs that help the local authority to work on improving public services that citizens need.
For her part, the project coordinator in Aden Governorate, Arzaq, praised the efforts and cooperation of the local authority in Aden for the success of the conference, which was the most prominent outcome of the plans that were reviewed within the conference.

During the conference, an introductory video about the project was presented, as well as a review of the strategic plans and reports of the Khormaksar and Al-Mualla districts. After that, discussion was opened for the participants about the topics covered by the conference.
The conference was attended by Mr. Ghassan Al-Zamaki, Deputy Governor for Services and Projects in Aden Governorate, members of the local council in Al-Mualla and Khormaksar districts, and a group of businessmen, representatives of many international and local organizations and civil society activists, in addition to the presence of various media outlets to cover the event.
